Spring 2026 Softball

Our softball program is designed for girls ages 5-14 and focuses on fundamentals and player development.
Spring season has one or two practices a week with one or two games per week.
Practices will be held either Mon/Wed or Tue/Thur depending on team assignment.
Games are played on week nights Wednesday - Friday and on Saturdays.

Divisions:
Placing a youth softball player in an appropriate division is determined by several factors, including the child’s league age as well as level of experience. The following information is intended to help you understand the different divisions. Regardless of what division you choose at registration, all players will be assigned a division after the required player assessment days that lead up to the start of the season. Once divisions are set, coaches will then draft their teams.

Minor Division: Ages 5-11
Played on a 60 foot baseline with 35 foot pitching distance.
  • Minor C: This is a developmental, coach pitch division recommended for softball players who have played at least one season of tee ball.
  • Minor B: This is a hybrid player pitch/coach pitch developmental division
  • Minor A: This is a semi-competitive, full player pitch division

Majors: Ages 11-12
Played on a 60 foot baseline with 40 foot pitching distance.
This is a competitive, full player pitch division that is recommended for 11 and 12 year old players.

Juniors: Ages 13-14
Played on a 60 foot baseline with 43 foot pitching distance.
This is a competitive division. Due to lower registration numbers in this age range, it is not uncommon for Interbay Little League to run a combination league with other local little leagues. 

Age ranges above are used for registration purposes only. Division placement will be determined by the league after assessments.

Spring 2026 Tee Ball

Our Tee Ball Academy is a co-ed division recommended for first-year players ages 4–5. Players in this age range are encouraged to complete at least one season of tee ball before moving on to the Minor C softball or baseball divisions.

We now offer a fully established traditional tee ball program with set teams, weekly practices, and Saturday morning games. Practices are held once a week with games on Saturday mornings.

This program is offered at a discounted rate as we want all kids in our community to have the chance to learn and fall in love with the game.

Spring 2026 Challenger League

The Little League Challenger Division® was founded in 1989, and is Little League’s adaptive baseball program for individuals with physical and intellectual challenges.

Any individual with a physical or intellectual challenge may participate. If an individual can participate in the traditional Little League Baseball or Softball program with reasonable accommodations they should do so.

The Little League Challenger Division accommodates players ages 4 to 18; or up to age 22 if still enrolled in school.

Spring 2026 Baseball

Our baseball program is designed for boys ages 5-14 and focuses on fundamentals and game strategies.
Practices will be held either Mon/Wed or Tue/Thur depending on team assignment.  Games are typically Saturday mornings but for older divisions some games will be played on Friday and Saturday nights and in lieu of a practice night later in the season. We will provide the full season schedule to you as soon as we receive from the district. 

Placing a youth baseball player in an appropriate division is determined by several factors, including the child’s league age as well as level of experience. The following information is intended as a guide to help you understand which division may be most appropriate for your child. At Interbay Little League, all players will be assigned a division after the Safety and Skill Assessment Days that lead up to the start of the season. Once players are assigned a division, coaches will then draft their teams based on enrollment numbers.

Little League Divisions
Minor League: Ages 5-11
This is a developmental division teaching fundamentals.
  • Minor C: This is a coach pitch division appropriate for players who have played at least one season of tee ball.
  • Minor B: This is a hybrid player pitch/coach pitch division
  • Minor A: This is a semi-competitive, full player pitch division.
Major League: Ages 11-12
This is a competitive, full player pitch division

Upper Divisions
*Intermediate 50/70: 13
This is a competitive division played on a larger field with 50 foot baselines and 70 foot pitching mound.
*Junior 13-14
This is a competitive division played on a larger field with 60 foot baselines and 90 foot pitching mound.

*NOTE: It's possible in the upper divisions for Interbay Little League to run a combination league with other local little leagues. 

Age ranges above are used as guides for registration. Registering a player for a specific division does not guarantee they will be placed in that division. Division placement will be determined by the league after player assessments
